“Julia's yoga space is amazing! One can see straight away that she totally embodies what she is teaching. I found the class was very lively and ended with a calm relaxation.” Martha Egger
"Excellent prenatal yoga teacher! Teaches you the best way to relax and cope with the pains of pregnancy. Extremely professional and up to date. Always available for advice. Highly recommend." Choulamite
“I find the class absolutely brilliant for 2 reasons. Firstly it is great to help the body strengthen and stretch, especially as I have a sore lower back and have been getting headaches. This has really helped me from a standing start. Secondly the mental relaxation and recharge I get from the classes was an unexpected bonus and really helps de-stress and relax. I would suggest both men and women try the classes with Julia.” Brian Levin
“I really enjoy the over 60's class. It is varied and I am always stimulated!” Jill Shaw
“I have been working with Julia over recent months to build up my core strength post having a baby. I have found her classes calming during a time of chaos and her helpful advice has been priceless. My body is stronger and fitter as a result of the postnatal yoga and I have met some lovely new mums along the way too. The classes are small enough to feel personal and the fact that baby comes too means there is no additional childcare to worry about. It's a fantastic hour and a half that I look forward to every week.” Melanie Reed
“I can highly recommend Yoga with Julia. I was a total novice and she got me doing things I didn’t think I could do. They are very relaxing classes and you are able to go at your own pace” Lisa Usiskin
