Restful, restorative yoga can help to:

In this class Jenni will teach deeply relaxing yoga with plenty of space for relaxation. Bolsters, blankets and props will be provided to ensure deep comfort so you an unwind and let go.
About Jenni Stone:
Jenni is passionate about wellbeing and has spent the last 20 years involved in holistic healthcare, qualifying first as a reflexologist and then as a yoga teacher. Over time she has built experience and expertise in both areas to help people with stress management, women’s health and cancer support. Her approach to teaching comes from a therapeutic base of improving wellbeing at a deep level. She has seen how our fast-paced competitive lifestyle underlies many of the health problems clients have come to her for, and so her yoga style is slow and mindful to promote healing from the inside out.
Jenni trained first with the BWY and has continued to deepen her knowledge through ongoing study and personal development. Most recently her yoga has been informed through training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. She teaches from a place of compassion and believes in empowering people through self-care.
